Cancellation policy

Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. Schedules change, we understand. We just ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

When an appointment is forgotten or cancelled without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. That's why we confirm every appointment 48 hours in advance: we know how easy it is to forget a groom you booked months ago.

Because each appointment is reserved for your pet personally, a cancellation fee applies when notice is short:

This policy gives us time to let our standby guests know an appointment has opened up, and keeps the day's schedule filled, which serves everyone better. Thank you for understanding and supporting it.
