How we work
Slow grooming, better grooms
Drop off between 8am and midday, and we'll agree a pick-up time that gives your dog the session they deserve. We ask you to allow enough time. A dog that isn't rushed is a dog that learns to enjoy grooming.
A small team helps with washing and drying, but every haircut is finished by Sayaka, whose scissor work has won first place at Sydney Royal. That's not a flex you'll find at a franchise.

Our matting promise
Any mats or knots that can't be brushed out humanely get clipped short instead. It's kinder, it's safer, and the coat grows back. Grooming fear doesn't. Read our honest de-matting guide for how to prevent mats between visits.

Drop-off is between 8am and midday, Tuesday to Saturday. We agree on a pick-up time at drop-off, and we ask you to allow enough time so your dog is never rushed through a groom.
Longer than a production-line salon, on purpose. Your dog is groomed calmly, with breaks and rest time when they need it. Most full grooms are ready for pick-up the same morning or early afternoon.
Mats that can't be brushed out humanely are clipped out: comfort beats hairstyle, every time. We'll always tell you honestly what can be saved and how to prevent it next time.
